Below are 3 outdoor pictures (two showcasing handcrafted carriage-style wood doors).

Here are some images from 800 Bond's interior:
A gorgeous wood beam in the large open space on the first floor. This enormous space will be perfect for cubicles, offices, meeting rooms, an art gallery, a brew-pub tasting room (or distilling area), a fashion runway, movie viewing, art classes, work-out classes, events, you name it!

Multi-colored brick walls adorn this open room.  Making it a unique and trendy focal point for group meetings, office spaces, conference areas or any type of event! These walls could also be opened-up as future large windows - depending on how you would like to lay out the room.
The ceilings downstairs offer a trendy warehouse look.

Also downstairs are various meeting/conference/classroom areas as well as plenty of office space.

This doors greets you upstairs and was lovingly rescued/restored from an
old school (that was being torn down).

The large and bright windows upstairs offer light to multiple office/conference room/class/etc spaces. And the space is ended with a historic brick wall, showcasing an original brick arch.

The brick arch is highlighted with perfectly located lighting.
Many of the original floors were saved and restored.  Here you will see some of the smooth finishes of the upstairs flooring. Other areas of floors that were restored are wood.

The above table was also restored (it was originally a furniture dolly from
a Grand Rapids furniture factory).
The upstairs is carefully laid-out with businesses in mind.  Included are: areas for offices or classrooms as well as open spaces for conferences, brain-storming sessions, etc.
There are also closed areas upstairs for meetings (or more offices).

Throughout the building, you will catch glimpses of architectural history, design history and even Grand Rapids history. Some of the furniture in the building is from early Steelcase days, and some is original-made pieces.  The desk above (for example) was created from an antique animation stand.

(Most of the furniture inside the building will be negotiable).

The multitude of options for office/meeting spaces throughout the building is incredible (seen below).

With recent news about streetcars returning to Grand Rapids it's particularly fun for this building as well. As this building originally housed the power source for street cars.
(below are some historic pictures).
